Milan S. Morjaria is the Founder of MSM Investment Advisors SA, with over 38 years of experience in global financial markets. Drawing on his extensive background, he founded MSM Multi Family Office in Geneva in March 2010, later expanding its operations to Dubai in August 2020. The firm specializes in managing the wealth, transitions, and legacies of affluent global families and their charitable foundations.

From 1988 to 2010, Milan built a distinguished 22-year career at Citigroup. He progressed through diverse roles, from currency trader and private banker to his final position as a Managing Director in Geneva, where he focused on Ultra High Net Worth clients and family offices. During his tenure, he was a member of the European leadership team and was a three-time recipient of the prestigious Chairman’s Council European Award (2005-2007). Arjun Mittal is the Founder and CIO at Abbey Road Investment Group, which he founded in 2021 after a successful 20 year plus career in banking, working with American Express Bank, Bank Sarasin and more recently as Deputy CEO for Bank J Safra Sarasin in Dubai.

Arjun has worked in London and Dubai across several key roles in banking including research, sales and management, and so brings a well-rounded perspective on financial markets, and the development of the wealth management industry.

Abbey Road Investment Group has a Multi Family Office (MFO) which it runs from Dubai that caters to clients from the region. The MFO’s core function is portfolio construction and risk management, helping its families implement best-in-class investment strategies across global markets. Rodney Allen has more than 40 years experience in advising international families, businesses and organizations. He advises on the complex international business, estate, tax and philanthropic issues they face. His current clients include international families, their service providers and multi-national philanthropic organizations. He is also on the Boards of MSM and its subsidiary, as well as global trust companies.

Rodney’s experience began with a 9-year career at Arthur Andersen, where he specialized in cross-border tax issues for international companies and individuals. Next, Mr. Allen spent 10 years at Citibank, where amongst other assignments, was responsible for its International Wealth Structuring business and its EMEA Discretionary Asset Management sales department. He also served as General Manager of Citibank (Switzerland). After a short assignment as head of Credit Suisse’s Guernsey fund administration business, Rodney was appointed head of Barclays global trust business. In 2010, he took a 1-year leave of absence to return to university for an advanced law degree in Environmental Law, focusing on international environmental, human rights and other social-responsibility issues.

Rodney is a member of the Texas Bar and has passed the California CPA exam. He was awarded a JD from the University of Richmond in 1985 and an LLM from Oregon University in 2011. His undergraduate degree in English was awarded by James Madison University in 1979. Rodney currently resides in Switzerland, where he has lived and worked for the past 30+ years. He has also lived and worked in the United States and in The Netherlands.

Kavneet is a Senior Finance Professional with 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit and Risk Management with leading international Banks and Firms across the GCC.

Most recently, Kavneet worked as an Assistant Vice President with Axis Bank, DIFC heading the Finance Division where she was instrumental in advising the branch in several complex financial transactions, RBI & DFSA Regulatory filings, Asset Liability Management and Budget planning. Prior to this, Kavneet was with HSBC Securities Services (HSS, India). She began her career with Ernst & Young at the Kuwait office in Audit and Assurance Business Services.

She is a Chartered Accountant from ACCA, London and has a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University.

Rana Besada has over 18 years of experience in investments. She is a Portfolio Manager and Member of the Investment Committee at MSM Investment Advisors SA in Geneva and manager of fixed income portfolios at MSM across all fixed income asset classes.

She started her career with HSBC Bank Middle East and then moved to Mashreq Bank, Dubai where she worked in the role of an Investment Advisor and a member of the Investment Committee team

Rana has an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, and a B.A. from Ain Shams University in Cairo and she earned the CFA charter in 2023. She is fluent in English and Arabic

Priya has a strong background in private banking operations and client relationship management. Before joining the firm, she was Team Lead – Customer Service Manager at ICICI Bank DIFC, where she managed high-value client relationships and supported a wide range of banking services, including investments, remittances, account servicing, and other financial and non-financial transactions.

At our firm, Priya supports relationship management activities, ensuring seamless client service while acting as a key liaison between clients, banking partners, and other business stakeholders.
