Milan S. Morjaria

Milan S. Morjaria founded MSM Investment Advisors S.A. in 2010. Milan has 30 years’of experience in the wealth management industry. He began his career in 1988 at Citigroup’s wealth management business as a management associate. Over 22 years, he took on roles as an investment advisor, private banker and business manager. His last assignment was in Geneva, Switzerland as managing director focusing on the Private Bank’s Ultra High Net Worth and Family Office client franchise.
Milan graduated from the London School of Economics in 1988 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Rodney Allen
Rodney Allen
Rodney Allen has been working with MSM Investment Advisors S.A. since its founding. He has over 30 years of experience advising wealthy individuals and their businesses on tax, estate planning and cross – border issues. Rodney has held senior fiduciary and management positions with Barclays (2006 -2010), Credit Suisse (2005-2006) and Citibank (1994 -2004).
Before entering the Wealth Management industry, Rodney spent over 9 years as an International Tax Advisor at Arthur Andersen & Co in the US and the Netherlands.
He is a member of the State Bar of Texas State. He earned a B.A. degree in English at James Madison University; a J.D. degree at the School of Law – University of Richmond; and an L.L.M. at the University of Oregon School of Law.
Ritwick Ghoshal

Ritwick is an experienced Investment Banker & a Private Wealth Specialist, having spent the last 27 years in various International and Indian institutions. He started his career with ANZ Grindlays Bank and then had stints in Morgan Stanley and ABN AMRO NV in India. In 2005, Ritwick moved to Dubai with Citibank NA and was the Regional Head of Wealth Management for the Middle East for the Global Consumer Bank. He then came back to India with HSBC as the Group Head of Wealth Management and later was the Global Head of Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Services.
After a successful stint at entrepreneurship (2011 -2013) where he co-founded an algo-based job matching platform, Ritwick joined Avendus Capital as the Executive Director & Head of US Operations for Wealth Management. In 2017, he moved back to Mumbai to build the Client acquisition engine for Edelweiss Private Wealth Management. By 2020, he had moved to Barclays Private Bank as Director, Senior Private Banker and Head of Strategic Initiatives for the bank in India.
Currently he is the Group Managing Partner & CEO – Domestic Business for Bay Capital Investment Advisors Private Limited which is an Offshore Asset Management Company based out of Mauritius focused on the Indian Equity Markets.
He was educated at Ohio Wesleyan University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Double Major in Economics Management & World Religions & a Minor in Mathematics in 1993. He followed it up with an MBA in International Business & Marketing from European University, Switzerland.

Rishi is a Senior Professional with 21 years of extensive experience in Senior roles in Compliance, AML, Risk and Management Audit.
Rishi started his career with Associated Cement Companies (ACC) in India in the Management Audit department. Over the next 21 years he took on various roles in GE Capital, Nestle India, ICICI Bank, Citibank UAE and Bank of Singapore DIFC branch.
He is a Chartered Accountant from India as well as a MBA from Cass Business School, City University, London.

Rana Besada has more than 15 years of experience in investment Advisory and Financial Planning consultancy. She started her career with HSBC Bank Middle East and then moved to Mashreq Bank, Dubai where she worked in the role of an Investment Advisor and a member of the Investment Committee team.
Rana’s primary goal is to help Investors achieve their financial objectives. Her focus is on application of strategic and tactical asset allocation frameworks that match client investment objectives.
Rana has an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, and a B.A. from Ain Shams University in Cairo and is a licensed CFA (2023). She is fluent in English and Arabic.

Kavneet is a Senior Finance Professional with 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit and Risk Management with leading international Banks and Firms across the GCC.
Most recently, Kavneet worked as an Assistant Vice President with Axis Bank, DIFC heading the Finance Division where she was instrumental in advising the branch in several complex financial transactions, RBI & DFSA Regulatory filings, Asset Liability Management and Budget planning. Prior to this, Kavneet was with HSBC Securities Services (HSS, India). She began her career with Ernst & Young at the Kuwait office in Audit and Assurance Business Services.
She is a Chartered Accountant from ACCA, London and has a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University.

Hanna is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in sales, accounting, and administrative roles.
She began her career in Sharaf Group Retail as an Assistant Manager. She then moved to work in accounts and in administrative roles in several Dubai-based companies.
Hanna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics from Central Mindanao University in the Philippines. She speaks English, Spanish, and Tagalog fluently.
